The Master suite also has its own private entrance and luxurious views of the pool. The Double Master bedroom has two Queen-sized beds and beautiful views of the back garden. The Bunkbed Room has custom-built bunkbeds sturdily built out of Conacaste wood. The upper Twin-sized beds are easily accessed by the middle staircase, while the lower Queen-sized beds offer privacy and their own nightstands. The Junior Master bedroom also offers a Queen-sized bed and window with plenty of natural lighting. Every bed was custom-built for this home out of beautiful and exotic Conacaste wood that is known for not warping or rotting in the salty ocean air. All furniture is included. All bedrooms have their own air conditioners for ultimate comfort.

• Modern Bathrooms: Indulge in the epitome of luxury with three sleek and modern bathrooms in the main house and a poolside bathroom in the cabana, featuring premium fixtures and finishes. The Master en-suite bathroom has double showerheads. The back bathroom has a private entrance from the back garden for easy access when returning from the beach. This bathroom has two large showers and a large mirror to accommodate many guests. The third bathroom has a beautiful shower and sink with storage. All indoor bathrooms have running hot water. There is also an outdoor shower in the back garden by the beach access entrance.

• Full American Kitchen: Culinary delights await in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with marble countertops with a waterfall edge island, full-sized American refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, top quality fixtures, recessed lighting in the ceiling, and with hot water at the sink and dishwasher. The floors are wood tiles in a intricate Herringbone pattern extending through the open-concept Kitchen and Living Room and throughout the entire home. These wood tiles are extremely durable and easy to clean. A custom-built Conacaste wood live edge dining table and chairs brings the WOW factor and is perfect for family meals or large parties. The large sliding doors open from the kitchen directly out to the pool and yard. Excellent for entertaining.

• On-site Caretaker’s House: As is customary in this part of El Salvador, the property has a Caretaker’s House by the front entrance gate. There is room for the Caretaker and their family to manage your property and home while having their own privacy and space.
